What is the step-by-step process I’ll be following?

Step 1: Initial Consultation & Assessment
Step 2: Lab Testing & Diagnostics
We draw all our labs in-house and send them out. Results will return in 24 to 48 hours depending on sample collection time. Labs are cash pay only. We do not accept insurance. If you’ve had prior labs completed in the previous three months, those may be accepted your first initial consultation.
Step 3: Personalized Treatment Plan Development
Step 4: Prescription & Treatment Initiation
If you qualify for treatment, your prescriptions will be sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy for preparation. Please note that all treatments are cash pay and are not billed through insurance.
Step 5: Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustments
Ongoing monitoring and follow-ups are conducted either in-person or via telemedicine. These appointments are essential to ensure your wellness plan stays effective, and adjustments are made when needed.

How much is the initial appointment?

The initial consultation is $249.

What should I expect during my consultation?

During your 60-minute consultation we will:

Perform a comprehensive medical history review
Have discussion around your weight and hormone-related symptoms
Lifestyle assessment (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress levels)
Explanation of treatment options and expectations

Before we meet in person, you’ll be asked to complete a few forms through our secure electronic medical health record platform, Optimantra. These forms will help guide the consultative process to get a general overview of your health, wellness goals, and allow us to create a customized plan designed specifically for you.

How long will I have to wait for medications?

Typically medications arrive in 1 to 2 weeks for treatment to get started.
